Student Academic Records and Transcripts
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) provides current and former students of the University with specific rights of access to and control over their student record information. In compliance with the statute, appropriate federal regulations, and guidelines recommended by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (AACRAO), the University has adopted procedures that implement these rights.
A copy of the University policies regarding educational records and the release of student record information may be obtained online.
Transcript requests may be made in person or by writing to the Registrar’s Office. The written request must include your name, signature, date of birth and approximate dates of attendance. Either fax to (314) 362-4658 or a scanned request with signature can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: The School of Medicine does not presently charge for transcripts.
